ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Kenneth Davis is the President and CEO of Good Success Companies. Since 2000 Ken began performing evening and weekend projects while working in a full time corporate position. Formally organizing as a legal Georgia company in 2002, Good Success Company became an LLC with Ken and a few part time employees. Good Success Company has 42 full and part time associates providing Facility Services. Mr. Davis vision of providing full facilities services including the latest Solar Power Technologies continues to evolve. “We will continue to grow our business based on the clients’ needs and conservative management of financial resources. When Ken founded the company in 2000. He knew his years of executive management experience in Engineering. Facilities Engineering & Management and Corporate Services would eventually yield benefits. As the Founder, President for Good Success Companies. the primary role is to seek new business in all phases of full services Facility Management, Engineering, Services, and emphasizing GSC Janitorial and Engineering capabilities. Mr. Davis remains excited about the daily operations and continues to directly manage the Janitorial Division of Good Success Company.
Ken possesses a BS in Mechanical Engineering Degree from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He attributes his personal success to GOD and his family including wife Debra, son Kenneth R. Davis, II who is also a Southern University A&M College Engineering Alumnus and is now a Fortune 500 Corporate Project Manager. His daughter Lauren R. Davis is a medical school student after graduating from LSU. “They are extremely important to me and give my life purpose and inspiration to lead Good Success Company toward achieving our goals.
ABOUT THE STAFF
Cynthia Parks is the GSC South Georgia District Manager. Mrs. Parks provides leadership in all aspects of facility operations for customer facilities in the South Georgia geography. Included in her responsibilities are employee training, Quality Assurance, Equipment and Supplies inventory management, and monthly associate payroll reports. Mrs. Parks beneﬁts from several years of management experience prior to joining Good Success Company, including Sowega Council on Aging, Dollar General Stores, and Swan Laundry & Cleaners Services. These wide array of customer services experiences allows her to participate in GSC new account Sales and Marketing. She also provides leadership in Special Projects and new account startups.
Michael Stovall is the Good Success Company Metro Atlanta District Manager. His value is most evident in new contract startup and ﬁeld management. Mr. Stovall experience as a hands on General Cleaner and Floor Technician allows him to provide excellent training for GSC new associates with little commercial cleaning experience. Mr. Stovall has over 24 years of Management experience and more than 10 years with Good Success Company. He is the embodiment of the company Promote from within philosophy. Also included in Mr. Stovall’s responsibilities are employee training, Quality Assurance, Equipment and Supplies inventory management, and monthly associate payroll reports.
Dwight Harry is the Director of Engineering Consulting Services. An Electrical Engineering graduate with an MBA in Business, Dwight has an immense background in international Management Affairs having managed Information Systems development in Europe and United States. Dwight also has several year experiences in the Electric Utilities industry specializing in the Transmission and Distribution technology.
William Lambert is our technical, Internet Expert. He is a Certiﬁed Trainer, Curriculum developer and a technical writer. He has worked for AT&T and Bell South. He helped develop the first intranet for Bellsouth and currently is the webmaster for the Good Success Company Website. Mr. Lambert is also a videographer and a photographer. He has completed all his course work on a doctorate in Training and Instruction. Mr. Lambert was awarded $11,000 for an idea at Bellsouth.
